Communicating benefits to business customers

Royal Mail are undergoing a Parcel Transformation project and they wanted to create a direct-mail campaign to update their business customers on the latest developments. As such, I was tasked with developing a mailable booklet explaining the progress and benefits. Adhering to their strict brand guidelines and in-house illustration style, I designed and illustrated a short booklet that updated and informed in a succinct and digestible manner.
